Kathryn serves on the Board of Directors for The National Association of Area Agencies on Aging (n4a), most recently as President for 2017-2018. This position gave Ms. Boles a voice to facilitate key VAAA programs on a national level.
Ms. Boles is also active in a number of civic and professional organizations serving at the local, state, and national level. Affiliations include:

Ms. Boles has moved the agency forward through countless partnerships. One time partnering with Bank of America to provide $25,000 towards new computers and internet to Hasselbring Senior Center.
